Leadership Journeys
A unique, experiential intervention designed for senior business leaders looking for enhancing and sustaining their impact.
We take participants on a 4-month systematic, immersive tour of personal discovery, self-reflection, and individual development leading to their transformation. We empower leaders to transform and deliver a sustained positive impact on themselves, others, and organizations.
We use a unique methodology based on experiences, cognitive conversations, practices, and reflections. It leads to deeper commitments and a comprehensive action plan to make a sustainable shift. We then support the re-entry and new habits through a dedicated change partner to embed the new behaviors. As a result, the impact of the program is long lasting and felt by others.
The Journey Structure

Our Journeys support senior leaders in living a fuller life through strengthening their personal core and capacity, therefore enhancing their impact on business outcomes and the people they lead.
These 4-month journeys involve a deeper assessment of one's current personal state, a coach assisted self–reflection and gap assessment. The highlight of this program is a disruptive, offsite/simulated experience that triggers self-reflection leading to detailed and concrete personal commitments towards changing the way the world experiences these leaders.
This holistic, immersive experience enables new openings and insights, allowing leaders to have a clear direction and a structured personal planning with the help of our Master Facilitators. This experience is followed by three months of Coach-Assisted Engagement to embed and sustain changes
