Core and Capacity are the foundations of sustained impact.

About LEH

Everybody, in their core, is a good human being.

The LEH Approach is deeply immersed in principles of humanity.

“We help leaders and organizations navigate the complexity and challenges of the business world successfully and sustainably.”

Leadership Et` Humanite` LLC (LEH) is a movement founded by Atul Khosla in May 2021, which is dedicated to developing leaders who lead with humanity, therefore creating a sustained impact on themselves, people around them, and businesses they lead. We also aim to help them enhance their own value for the businesses they represent.

LEH provides personalized leadership interventions. These programs are deeply embedded in the principles of humanity and are delivered by professionals and coaches who have successfully delivered large-scale transformations across the world.

The LEH Approach

The LEH Approach is based on cultivating and nurturing personal core, enhancing personal capacity, and developing new abilities that lead to sustained and impactful leadership. When leaders solely focus on expanding their capabilites without prioritizing their core and capacity, their impact gets compromised. Giving equal importance to developing core and capacity allows leaders to experience holistic growth which helps them realize their fullest potential.

Our Purpose

We believe it is critical to be a good human being in order to become a successful leader, making it our guiding principle. We work with businesses, leaders, and educational institutions to nurture leaders who are purpose and values driven, preserve a growth and resilient mindset, and can inspire and engage others around them.

Our Ambition

We aim to help leaders achieve their fullest potential, while supporting organizations in building more diverse, dependable, and high-impact leaders and teams. LEH's goal of making humanity the key differentiator reaches every level of leadership within an organization– from fresh graduates to the leaders who are the beacons of the organizational culture.
