Leadership Et` Humanite` (LEH) is a movement founded by Atul Khosla in May 2021, which is dedicated to developing leaders who lead with humanity, therefore creating a sustained impact on themselves, people around them, and businesses they lead. We also aim to help them enhance their own value for the businesses they represent.

LEH provides personalized leadership interventions. These programs are deeply embedded in the principles of humanity and are delivered by professionals and coaches who have successfully delivered large-scale transformations across the world.

We believe it is critical to be a good human being in order to become a successful leader, making it our guiding principle. We work with businesses, leaders, and educational institutions to nurture leaders who are purpose and values driven, preserve a growth and resilient mindset, and can inspire and engage others around them.
