As Senior Vice President, HR he has worked internationally across many countries, designing and leading on multiple programs to step change business situations and organizational cultures. He is based in Bristol, UK.

Elisa is a business and results-driven HR Professional with 20 years of experience in large Food & Beverages Multinational Company; International Leader who held Global, Regional, and Local roles out of the USA, UK, and Brazil. Elisa is based in Sau Paolo, Brazil.

Miriam is an independent, multi-lingual leadership coach, and a business consultant. She has a deep expertise in working with leaders and teams on transformational growth projects cross-culturally in notable organizations. As a leadership coach she specializes in systems thinking, group dynamics and leadership embodiment. Miriam is based in Meilen, Switzerland.

Miwa is an executive coach, with 20 years of deep experience of leadership development and coaching, working independently and for large global multinational companies in Japan. She has been working with senior, diverse leaders in and beyond Japan to be at their best.

Anuj is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Executive Coach, Certified Fulfilment Coach, and a Certified Wellness Coach with CCA (Certified Coaches Alliance). He has experience across Commercial, General Management, and Transformation Functions. He transitioned into a full-time career as a Life and Executive Coach in early 2022. He set up Three Circles, his Coaching practice. Anuj is based in Bangalore, India.

Bhaskar, a Mechanical Engineer by education, started his career with Hindustan Unilever (HUL), after his Post Graduate Diploma from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta). His 30-year career has been driven by his persistent belief in enabling transformative changes in brands, businesses, and people, while nurturing highly successful enterprises and individuals. Bhaskar is based in Gurgaon, India.

Kannan is an independent, Marshall-Goldsmith certified leadership coach. He has over 30 years of international experience in the industry and in HR, having studied Advanced HRM at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. Kannan is based in Banglore, India.

Shalini is an ICF-certified Leadership Coach. In her career spanning over 2 decades, she has worked and lived in the United States, United Kingdom, and across Europe. She has led diverse teams, gaining critical, multicultural experience of helping leaders to achieve their fullest potential. Shalini is based in Noida, India.

Isabelle has over 27 years of experience in Senior HR Business partnering and regional Talent Management and Organisational Effectiveness experiences across Asia Pacific, Japan, Russia, US and Europe and is a certified Leadership coach since 2012. Since 1996, Isabelle has fulfilled global, regional and country HR roles in several industries (Automotive, Software Development, IT Technologies, Clinical Research, Trading, Shipping, Semi-conductors, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices). Isabelle has been involved with LEH since its inception as a guide and friend. Isabelle is currently based in Japan.

Tanmay is an Entrepreneur leader who built a successful automotive business and then dedicated his life to his personal purpose of enabling young entrepreneurs in rural India to build and grow successful businesses. He mentors Startups, is a TedX Speaker and helps students to be at their best. He has helped organizations transform and achieve efficient and sustainable solutions. Suresh is a highly successful Business leader with a 4-decades track record of transforming scale Businesses and shaping future leaders. Till recently, he was heading Human Resources function for Bosch, India. He has lived and worked in India, Europe and the US. He is a certified leadership coach and now pursuing his purpose of enabling leaders to reach their fullest potential. Suresh is based in Bengaluru, India.
