Andrew is a certified coach and a senior Human Resources Executive. He has over 30 years business and HR experience in world renowned FMCG companies Mondelez, Cadbury, Kraft and Coca-Cola. As Senior Vice President, HR he has worked internationally across many countries, designing and leading on multiple programs to step change business situations and organizational cultures. He is based in Bristol, UK.

Sarita is a certified Leadership and Team Coach and Facilitator based in Bangalore, India, with nearly two decades of consulting experience. Passionate about inquiry, she empowers senior leaders to achieve authentic growth and measurable results by fostering self-awareness, clarity, and alignment. As a trusted thought partner, Sarita creates a safe, reflective space for meaningful growth and sustainable impact. Outside work, she enjoys yoga, meditation, nature, and spending time with her children, finding inspiration in books and moments of tranquility. Sarita is based in Bangalore, India.

Isabelle has over 27 years of experience in Senior HR Business partnering and regional Talent Management and Organisational Effectiveness experiences across Asia Pacific, Japan, Russia, US and Europe and is a certified Leadership coach since 2012. Since 1996, Isabelle has fulfilled global, regional and country HR roles in several industries (Automotive, Software Development, IT Technologies, Clinical Research, Trading, Shipping, Semi-conductors, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices). Isabelle has been involved with LEH since its inception as a guide and friend. Isabelle is currently based in Japan.

Anuj is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Executive Coach, Certified Fulfilment Coach, and a Certified Wellness Coach with CCA (Certified Coaches Alliance). He has experience across Commercial, General Management, and Transformation Functions. He transitioned into a full-time career as a Life and Executive Coach in early 2022. He set up Three Circles, his Coaching practice. Anuj is based in Bangalore, India.

Tanmay is an Entrepreneur leader who built a successful automotive business and then dedicated his life to his personal purpose of enabling young entrepreneurs in rural India to build and grow successful businesses. He mentors Startups, is a TedX Speaker and helps students to be at their best. He has helped organizations transform and achieve efficient and sustainable solutions. Tanmay is based in Indore, India.

Alok is a learning designer, HR advisor, facilitator, and executive coach with over three decades of experience. He started as a psychotherapist and later became a business psychologist, helping thousands of professionals grow through coaching and workshops. Alok has worked with leaders in telecom, retail, and multinational companies, and now supports organizations as an independent consultant. He brings a unique blend of expertise, clarity, and insight into both business and people to help leaders and teams grow, adapt, and lead with purpose. Alok joined the LEH family in 2024 and is based in Mumbai, India.

Swasti is an Executive Coach with 30+ years of leadership and business experience. A PCC credentialed coach (ICF), EMCC Senior Practitioner Team Coach, and Supervisor trained with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, over the past 15 years, she has worked with leaders and teams to build awareness and capacity required to lead with clarity, resilience, and impact. Swasti brings a reflective, humanistic approach as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, and Hogan assessor, integrating approaches of Neuroscience, Systems-thinking, Constellations, ACT, CBC and Motivational Interviewing. She’s based in Switzerland.

Shriram is a leadership and executive coach with 30+ years of experience spanning corporate leadership and human transformation. He is the Founder & CEO of LifeMaximum and has held top roles at ACG Worldwide, Eaton India, and SSA Consulting. Today, he partners with leaders and teams to unlock clarity, impact, and inner potential. A certified Marshall Goldsmith coach and independent director, Shriram blends strategic insight with deep personal exploration to guide transformative growth. Shriram has been connected with LEH since 2022 and is based in Coimbatore, India.

Dr. Varma is a leadership development and capability building professional with over 20 years of business partnering across sectors, cultures, and geographies. Ph.D. in Assessment and Development Centers. SHL Certified for Level A, Level B Psychometric testing and leadership assessments, RBL Certified Coach and Mentor, skilled at CBT Essentials and CBT for Anxiety (Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Pennsylvania). She is based in Atlanta, GA, USA.

Bhaskar, a Mechanical Engineer by education, started his career with Hindustan Unilever (HUL), after his Post Graduate Diploma from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta). His 30-year career has been driven by his persistent belief in enabling transformative changes in brands, businesses, and people, while nurturing highly successful enterprises and individuals. Bhaskar is based in Gurgaon, India.

Emma is a Professional Certified Coach and has over 20 years experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development and HR Business Partnering, holding global and regional leadership positions within large corporate organizations, across a range of industry sectors. She has coached leaders and teams at all levels, including c-suite executives, and personally led global teams through times of great change, complexity and volatility. Emma is based in Switzerland.

Rakesh currently serves as the President of the Board of SOS Children’s Villages of India, as a Member of the Senate of SOS Children’s Villages International Austria, and as an Independent Director on the Board of Fairfield Asia as a part of the Dana group. Rakesh's 43 year corporate career has been defined by his extensive work in various campaigns and iniaitives geared towards the betterment of society. Rakesh is based in Gurgaon, India.

Elisa is a business and results-driven HR Professional with 20 years of experience in large Food & Beverages Multinational Company; International Leader who held Global, Regional, and Local roles out of the USA, UK, and Brazil. Elisa is based in Sau Paolo, Brazil.

Miwa is an executive coach, with 20 years of deep experience of leadership development and coaching, working independently and for large global multinational companies in Japan. She has been working with senior, diverse leaders in and beyond Japan to be at their best.

Suresh is a highly successful Business leader with a 4-decades track record of transforming scale Businesses and shaping future leaders. Till recently, he was heading Human Resources function for Bosch, India. He has lived and worked in India, Europe and the US. He is a certified leadership coach and now pursuing his purpose of enabling leaders to reach their fullest potential. Suresh is based in Bengaluru, India.

Certified in Brain-Based Coaching, ICF, and Hogan Assessments, she helps senior leaders navigate complexity, drive strategic transformation, and develop impactful leadership.  José is an executive coach and sales excellence professional with 20+ years of experience helping senior leaders in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries drive performance and transformation. With international experience and certifications in organizational coaching and DISC, he works with organizations, executives, and their teams to navigate complex challenges, strengthen collaboration, and turn leadership insights into measurable, high-impact business outcomes. He joins the LEH family as a Change Partner. He is based in Portugal.

Sheri is a strategic HR professional for over 20 years, having built HR functions from scratch in early-stage biotech and led transformation at Fortune 500s like Mars and Mondelēz. Her background spans every corner of the HR world; global, regional, manufacturing, and corporate, which has shaped how she leads: adaptable, practical, and deeply attuned to people and business realities. Sheri is a Faculty Member and Change Partner at LEH. She is based in New York.

Melissa is an executive leader and innovation expert with a track record of building high-performing teams structured to solve growth challenges. She has worked across the globe in multi-nationals, startups, and consulting with experience navigating any business through the uncertainty of growth. Melissa splits her time between Switzerland and Malaysia.
