Susanne is a senior global leader with over 27 years at Novartis, where she held roles including Country Head in Greece, Global Franchise Head for Ophthalmology in Switzerland, and Head of Europe, Africa & Russia for CibaVision. Rakesh Jinsi
Rakesh currently serves as the President of the Board of SOS Children’s Villages of India, as a Member of the Senate of SOS Children’s Villages International Austria, and as an Independent Director on the Board of Fairfield Asia as a part of the Dana group. Rakesh's 43 year corporate career has been defined by his extensive work in various campaigns and iniaitives geared towards the betterment of society. Rakesh is based in Gurgaon, India.

Dr. James Andrade
Dr. Andrade is a seasoned international business leader with experience in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Dr. Andrade’s experience has included leadership positions in the real estate industry, government, academia and the consumer-packaged goods industry. He is currently Special Advisor to the U.S.–ASEAN Business Council, serving as Singapore Head and ASEAN Special Advisor. He previously served as CEO of Catapult, an integrated leadership development hub in Singapore.

Carma Eliot
Until recently, Carma was the principal of United World College South East Asia (UWCSEA). A career British diplomat for most of her life, Carma worked in a wide variety of roles across continents, including bilateral politics, trade, and investment, education, culture, and immigration. Throughout her professional life, Carma has affected meaningful change in the government, international education and development sectors of several countries, most recently completing a complex business transformation at the British Council in China. Carma is based in Phuket, Thailand.
